Preamble


The No-Code Week event is organized by the association NO-CODE WEEK and will take place in 2025 in Milan, Italy. Detailed information about the event, including its schedule and pricing, is available on our website www.nocodeweek.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). The Event will feature talk, workshops, networking, coworking, as well as parties and cultural activities centered around the theme of No-Code (hereinafter referred to as "the Event").

The Site serves as a platform for purchasing tickets for the Event (hereinafter referred to as "Tickets"). WEEZEVENT, the publisher of the Site, manages all ticket sales.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "these TCS") govern the sale of Tickets between NO-CODE WEEK and the Customer.

A "Customer" is defined as an individual who has identified themselves and wishes to purchase one or more Tickets for the Event through the Site. The Customer must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity or parental authorization to make a reservation on the Site.

The "Participant" is the individual registered for the Event by the Customer.

NO-CODE WEEK reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time to reflect legislative or judicial changes applicable to e-commerce and to incorporate any technical or technological advancements improving the Site.

1 - Purpose


The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "TCS") is to define the terms under which the Customer purchases a Ticket for the Event via the Site.

1.1. The Organizer has established these GTCs to govern the reservation and purchase of tickets for the No-Code Week event (hereinafter "the Event"). The Event, dedicated to No-Code, will take place both in person and online from Monday, May 4th, 2025, to Friday, May 8th, 2025.

1.2. These GTCs govern the conditions of purchasing Tickets for the Event and the use of Tickets by the holders. By purchasing a Ticket, the Customer agrees to these GTCs.

1.3. Internet users not residing in France or Italy are advised to ensure that their local laws permit online transactions of this nature. The presence of the Site does not constitute solicitation but rather a contract concluded at a distance.

2 - Presentation of Tickets on the Site


2.1 - The association NO-CODE WEEK offers various ticket options to attend the Event, as described on the Site.

2.2 - Tickets are valid only for the specified Event, on the date, time, and under the conditions indicated on the ticket. Tickets must be retained by the Participant until the end of the Event.

2.3 - Access to session rooms and in-person events is subject to available seating. The Organizer cannot guarantee access to any specific session or event. Participants are advised to pre-register for sessions on the Event Application and arrive at the location in advance of the scheduled time. Please note that certain sessions may require a specific ticket for entry.
